They take over 20 minutes to pick up the call & the call drops & you have to call back & spend another 20-25 & pray the call doesn’t get dropped again. They have been dealing with this problem for over a month. It literally took me two weeks of calling during my breaks or lunch time to finally get an appointment scheduled. Very rude. I tried to schedule an appointment and she wouldn’t allow me continue explaining my insurance. No help.
Dr. Martich is amazing. She treats my whole family. We have come to think of her as a family friend and not just our family doctor. I cannot recommend her enough. If you can are able to to get into this practice - you are blessed.
