I was referred to Dr Joan Jerrod by a friend. My appointment was not for a couple weeks… but she was worth waiting for. She was friendly and easy to talk to. She explained in detail what was wrong and what I needed to do…making sure I understood and all my questions were answered. A follow-up appointment was necessary: which I will keep. It’s hard to find a Dr who listens!!

Was referred from an Urgent Care for 5 weeks to be seen via the Cooper system. Dr. Jerrido spent 3 minutes to tell me to come back in 4 weeks. Had these simple instructions have been given 5 weeks ago, I’d have been able to start some action vice continue waiting. I have called your social media people. I have recommended Copper remove you from your position treating patients. The 180 seconds you spent assessing me is criminal to my insurance paying $400 and me paying $30 as a copay.
