Very rude and unprofessional I told her I am not available after 2 when we were scheduling the tour. She said she would send me her schedule so we could figure out the time Next day she called me around 3 saying I was supposed to have a tour with her at this time. I never agreed nor confirmed the tour at this time. When I said I was not available and told her what we said in the phone yesterday, she just told me to find other realtor
