On August 26, 2026, I saw Dr. Joan Chandra. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a gastroenterology office. While getting dressed following my procedure, I fell due to an unfamiliar combination of medications I was given. Despite bleeding from my elbow, having severe bruising on my right thigh, and experiencing chest pain, the staff simply ushered me out of the clinic without even completing an incident report. Refused to schedule an appointment as a new patient for second opinion. Amy in the office said you have to wait 2 years after seeing another doctor. Business must be good to turn away patients!
