I love Dr Bergstrom’s quiet confidence.
Dr. Bergstrom is exactly the Dr. I needed, and she was the first one to actually listen to ME, and how my symptoms were affecting me. Professional, straightforward, and I couldn't be more pleased with her care.
Dr. Bergstrom may be a good Dr to some, but she was not to me, I never got the answers to my questions about what was going on with me. When her staff would call they didn't know none of the answers to my questions. I know she's very busy but I think I deserved at least a few minutes to get my questions answered.
