I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I went in with my girlfriend to browse different diamond styles and bands, hoping to get a better idea before making an important purchase. Popped over during my lunch break to get my necklace, that got deformed, fixed. The man who greeted us was very nice, polite and helpful – he fixed my necklace within less than 5 mins and it looks just like new!! Definitely recommend this place for your jewelry repairs!

I checked many stores, in the end i decide to go for Pax to repair my 24k bracelet, when i called the store for the first time, Dominic picked up the phone, and as soon as i spoke to him, i knew i made the right choice. He is a very friendly gentleman and a very fun person to have a conversation with. The friendly and the calm vibe from Dominic makes my experience extraordinary even for a small job. Glad i found my next "go to" jeweller.
