I needed to have some of my great-grandmother's jewelry repaired, and they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process (made sure I chose the right ring and necklace sizes as I also wanted to adjust sizing). I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I went in with my girlfriend to browse different diamond styles and bands, hoping to get a better idea before making an important purchase. Instead of being welcomed or guided, the salesperson immediately asked, “Are you buying today?” When I said no—because I want the final ring choice to be a surprise—I was met with a dismissive attitude. Popped over during my lunch break to get my necklace, that got deformed, fixed. The man who greeted us was very nice, polite and helpful – he fixed my necklace within less than 5 mins and it looks just like new!! Definitely recommend this place for your jewelry repairs!
