Jo helped us find a home for my mother that was closer to us after my father passed away. She answered any and all questions we had; guided us and advocated for us through the whole process from beginning to closing. She and the Nest team treated us wonderfully. Jo is a definitely a five star realtor!!
Jo was patient, kind and SO knowledgeable as she assisted my family and me in mentally preparing us, and physically preparing my father’s home for sale. She knows the market and the surrounding area so well. Her knowledge helped us get where we wanted to go. I was amazed-we had an offer (and accepted it!) within 4 days of listing!! She had beautiful areal pictures taken, fantastic indoor taken, and did an impressive job with staging. She made a daunting tasks more bearable and did so with style!!!

As first time home buyers it was incredibly overwhelming to dive in head first. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to have Jo working with us every step of the way.
