Thanks Jim for taking care of my concerns with my Saturn. Had it at Drapers for ignition recall. Drapers gave me a draper world class inspection and told me I needed about $250.00 worth of world class inspection needed yet to determine the areas affected. Of course I got a second opinion from Jim on vogue. Jim said none of what they were concerned with was wrong with the car as a matter of fact he found their mistake with the ignition recall. Bob and his team are the most honest group of guys around. I know because I have gone to them for every repair under the sun. Most of the time they didn't even charge me for the labor, just the parts they were replacing. I love this place and I wish I still lived near them.
