If I could leave no stars I would these group of women are very nasty rude. They assume you dont understand their language. But in fact I did I sat their and listen to all the crap they talked about their customers just mean hurtful things as they all giggle amongst their selves these women should be ashamed of their at their childish behavior this is how you treat your non Hispanic customers. I got up and walked out will not return and will def spread the word
The salon is beautiful and the staff are amazing!! Jo does a great job and I'd recommend her salon here AND in New Castle - if you go to New Castle - ask for Anthony for another amazing experience!
Now too expensive and not worth it!
I came in asking for layers so that my hair would have shape and movement when I blow it out, especially since my previous layered cut had grown out. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. Instead of giving me the layers I asked for, she basically just trimmed the ends. I paid $47 for what felt like a basic maintenance trim, not the styled look I wanted. I’m disappointed because I was clear about what I needed, and I don’t feel like I got the service I paid for.
I love this salon. The staff is kind and professional. It is full service even if you are a walk-in. My hair is healthier since I started coming here. It went from thinning and dry to thick and shiny. The owner is passionate about hair care and keeps up with the latest advancements. I always feel like she cares about my hair like it is her own. The shop is always clean and the prices are fair. I've been going here for a couple of years and so glad I found Jo's.
