This was the first time I'd ever been to this shop. I found them on Google. I didn't make an appointment because they took Walk-ins. You should check for Days and Hours of operation. The ladies took care of me right away. I went to the Middletown location, because it was closer to me from S. DE, than the Wilmington one. The Salon was impressive, very clean, well lit, modern. The price for the service of a Wash, Conditioner (included in the service) Flat iron and Curl was so reasonable, I will travel the 45-1 hr. Drive from where I live to go back again! If I could leave no stars I would these group of women are very nasty rude. They assume you dont understand their language. But in fact I did I sat their and listen to all the crap they talked about their customers just mean hurtful things as they all giggle amongst their selves these women should be ashamed of their at their childish behavior this is how you treat your non Hispanic customers. I got up and walked out will not return and will def spread the word
The salon is beautiful and the staff are amazing!! Jo does a great job and I'd recommend her salon here AND in New Castle - if you go to New Castle - ask for Anthony for another amazing experience!
