What an amazing addition to my neighborhood! I noticed Jo’s new Cranston spot the other day while driving by and I’m so glad I stopped to check it out. Jo is a delight and her passion for her product and process is clear from speaking to her and from tasting this delicious sourdough. We tried the lemon blueberry and plain sourdough and they were both fantastic. The crust was crunchy but not too hard and the bread was just the right amount of sour. Jo’s bread is absolutely delicious! I got the jalapeno cheddar bread this week and while my wife was picking it up Jo asked if we liked hot dogs (obviously) and recommended that we grille the bread on a cast iron with some cheese, butterfly a hot dog well done and put it on there. WOW, the bread was delicious in and of itself and this suggestion was *chefs kiss*. Perfect summer snack (if you’re into that type of thing). Will definitely be returning
The best sourdough bread in Rhode Island! Cannot live without it. So tasty and nutritious. In addition, Jo and her Team are the nicest. I enjoy shopping with them. You will too!
Jos is hands down the best sourdough around! The jalapeño cheddar is my absolute favorite, but every loaf I’ve tried has been incredible. They also make amazing specialty and limited-edition flavors—if you catch one, you have to try it! Fresh, flavorful, and always worth it.
