Pretty frustrating experience. Met with Joe, signed on with him, delivered documents and gave access to our Quickbooks on the date he requested (over a month before the deadline)... and got confirmation he was on it. Sent a followup email a couple weeks later. nothing. Sent a second followup email another week later. nothing. I was referred to Joe by a friend, and Joe is great. He ensures that everything is correct. He has a screen that you can see while he is working, so you know what is being input into the forms. I've been going to him for 4 years now and have never been dissatisfied.
Excellent! We've been going to Joe for years. He's always very personable, kind and funny. One year we didn't go to him, but the next year he welcomed us back like we were family.
