What a wonderful provider. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. The exam I received was very thorough. Dr. Jo was extremely caring and willing to take the time to listen and answer my questions. It was a pleasure being treated as a person rather than a number. She even returns phone calls! Not many doctors like her are still practicing. Very knowledgeable and up to date.
Dr Jo Johnson will give you 100%+ of caring and expertise In medical care... I do not care about her office, she is the only doctor I will wait for when she is running behind! My husband (84) and I love her; they do not make Drs like her any more!
I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. Her credentials are excellent. She is very caring as well as being a great and experienced surgeon. My cataract surgeries went very smoothly.

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
Dr. Jo has a great reputation, this was one of the reasons I went to her at first as I was new to the area and did my research. I not only know that I'm under the care of an expert, but a kind and caring one at that. The staff is fantastic and helps you remember that there are still people who value good customer/patient care. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office's appearance was well taken care of.
I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
