Terrible customer service. We had a very upsetting experience at this salon. My child received a poor haircut and was carelessly splashed with water. We were not given a receipt, and the staff used inappropriate language. Shockingly, we were told that if we didn’t leave immediately, we would "have problems like on October 7th." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
Terrible place. They gave my child a crooked haircut, made him cry, and were extremely rude. Never coming back.
