Jo is an amazing mortgage officer. I had known her for several years through various networking events and recently had the pleasure of doing business with her. I obtained DSCR loans, which is new territory for me, but she walked me through the process with ease. Her communication is second to none, and she made sure to keep my rate and terms the same. She is also very personable, and she made sure to attend my closing even though she was on the other side of town when I started signing.
