We have used her for 3 years to do our taxes. We never had an issue until this year. We had to resend information that was previously given. Then we were over charged $150 and when we called to ask about the additional charges we were informed that it is an Additional $50 because they had to make a phone call and the other $100 over charge was a "mistake" This is on top of there $350 tax preperation fee. Review all paperwork and charges!!!
