What a terrible representation of the people of Bloomington, Indiana. From my first call to Ms. Bickmeier were she told me my daughter was a "big girl" and "can make her own appointments." When my daughter called, she was rude and condescending. M's. Bickmeier had no interest in trying to halo my daughter and her hair removal needs in time for spring break in two weeks. She finally made a one hour appointment for my daughter but cancelled it b/c J left a message for her asking that she please work with my daughter in finding... read more
