Very poor management, residents paying more then they should, employees getting under paid, over time is straight time under the table, employees work more then their paid for, manager could care less about the residents as long as the beds are filled, employees don't matter as long as theirs a body on the floors, residents are paying for single rooms and are in double or triple, everyone is paid different based on favortism, never bring your loved one to Jo-ella... read more
