Attended site to investigate a fault with the hot water system. Upon inspection, the heating element was found to be faulty and was replaced to restore normal operation of the unit. The system was tested following the replacement and is functioning correctly. A safety switch (RCD) is also scheduled to be installed to improve electrical safety and ensure compliance with current safety requirements.
