This is the best little farm i know.. You can tell the animals are very loved and cared for.. Wish i could remember the name of the young lady was talking to today.. She was just great at answering any question we had..
I work here and it better than the Racine and Milwaukee zoo. Great selection of animals to.
Big cats kept in tiny enclosures with no stimulation, the wolf had worn a track into the ground from pacing, social monkeys kept in cages alone to go slowly mad, the whole place absolutely stunk like the enclosures hadn't been cleaned in a month, looked that way too from all the feces everywhere. Aggressive goats headbutting the fences when small children were trying to pet them. None of the animals seemed very healthy. These people should be ashamed of themselves and give these animals over to rescues and shut this hellhole... read more
I was very upset with some of the enclosures in this place. The tiger, lion, cougar, bison were housed in areas that are way too small. Some of the areas just seemed run down with descriptions of the animals missing. I would not suggest this to people to go to.
I took my children the other day, they had a lot of fun until my 2 year old got bit by the owners dog. She got bit right on her eye and I'm grateful she didn't lose her eye! I know that my daughter is not and will not be the only 2 year old to visit this place. This is a place where most of the animals can be pet. The dog had came up to us while we were eating without any problems, 15 minutes before the attack. The farm is not very well taken care of. Cages are falling apart.
