I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I chose this salon and paid a premium—$300—expecting professional results and care. Instead, I ended up with chemically damaged hair and no accountability. At my first appointment, the stylist dyed my roots darker to create a “blended root,” then re-bleached them at a follow-up.
