Monica Kagay Is a horrible hair stylist. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. I asked for this cut with the girl sipping the water and somehow left with this. I didn’t want to say she ruined my hair when I was leaving bc I thought maybe if I I styled it myself it’d look better (even though I paid an extra $20 for a 90s blowout and did not get one) and she proceeded to straighten my hair. She is very punctual and pleasant. Goes out of her way to work me in. I would highly recommend her, I am very pleased with my haircuts. She is the best!
