My stylist was jo and I had an appointment this week. I am a heavier set lady and I admit when I sat in the chair it did dip down a bit. I heard jo snicker and laugh to the other stylist. I also got a snack and she ripped it from my hand and said "do you really need that?, these are for our skinny customers." This really hurt my feelings. The haircut was not that great either. It was uneven. I am disappointed and this could of been my 13th reason. Horrible customer service. Also need better snacks.
Jo ripped my hair out in chunks. I asked for a trim and she made me basically bald. I don’t even know why she works there. Horrible attitude and customer service. I will never be going back and I’m not recommending anyone to this dirty roach infested establishment.
My stylist was jo and I went in for a simple haircut and she nicked my ear. Like not just a small piece she took a whole chunk off. Now im going to have an appointment for cosmetic surgery and when I called, Jo personally refused to compensate me. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. And bloody. Please don't go here if you want to keep both your ears.
As fellow stylist, I know how hard it can be to find the right place to get your hair done, the salon itself was well maintained clean modern all the stylist where professional an kind no chair was empty! Id also like to mentione Toni slayed my hair she took her time an nailed it! Get on her Books asap!
