Highly recommend! Missed my call but called me right back right away. Got me in ASAP for a safety and was super efficient and honest. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients—not there to upsell or overcharge, just to make sure your car is safe and road-ready. Quick, quality work. I’ll definitely be going back!
Jonny has been my mechanic since 2019, he is always efficient, communicative and explains everything thoroughly (I don’t know a lot about cars, but he is always patient and makes sure I understand). He never tries to upsell me or add unnecessary expenses. He is accommodating and has booked me in for last minute appointments any time I have an emergency and makes sure to get the work done quickly. He is by far the best mechanic I have ever been to and always recommend him to anyone I meet.
Jo’s Auto Service is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Johnny is so honest and kind and makes sure everything is taken care of with keen quick work and professionalism. He is the only mechanic I will use going forward. I highly recommend him to anyone for all your Auto service needs!
I dont know if it was Joe or Johnny but I brought a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection and he gave me a honest and blunt opinion on the vehicle and about a 3rd party warranty. After taking his opinion into consideration and also some research I ended up backing out of the deal which I thought was a great decision for me and my wife and were going to find something better . I came here for the first time due to reading such positive reviews. I needed an oil change and to have my car checked for a leak. I had already taken my car to another nearby auto shop but they were unable to find a leak and told me my car was fine, even though I kept needing to refill the coolant. Johnny was really pleasant to interact with and he was able to find the leak and fix my car at a reasonable price! I am really happy with the experience and service and would definitely come back again.
