My mom, sister and I all purchased our dresses from here. They have been open a long time and know their stuff. They are not out to make a huge profit on their dresses so prices remain reasonable. Staff is humble. I will not be getting my dress altered here since I don't live in West. Love love love Jo Ann's!
In July of 2007, Joann at Joann's Bridals in West, Texas ordered my daughter's wedding dress. She obviously ordered the wrong length, because when she tried it on in September when it came in, it was Way too short. JoAnn's only comment was "That is the length you ordered". WE didn't have the tape measure and WE didn't do the ordering! The dress had a shawl that came with it, and the only thing JoAnn recommended was that she could add fabric to the bottom of the dress made out of the shawl.
