Dr. Hannon has diagnosed my son and me accurately, which helped us receive the necessary external supports. I appreciated her professionalism and highly recommend her services to others.
JoAnn has helped diagnose ADHD, Austism and Anxiety attacks for individual members of my family. I do think she is better suited for older children or adults but I find her polite, punctual and knowledgeable on everything. I recommend her to my friends and family
She diagnosed my child who struggled for years with no answers and no help. She then gave us the keys to help and overcome and today we credit her with not only saving my child’s life, but our family’s as well. Cannot recommend her highly enough!!!
Warning to all parents that are bringing your child to see this doctor/therapist. She is completely unprofessional. Entry level customer service employees can do better than what we received. We called to confirm our 1st appointment with her and she never called us back. Then we called a second time (4 hours later) and she literally yelled at me on the phone about the appointment time and how busy she is! She was rude, condescending, inappropriate and seemed to be not in control of her emotions. She should not be in therapy ... read more
