The customer service is at an all time low. I was looking on my phone for my coupon and the cashier said I dont have time for this you need to be prepared when you get to the register. Then yesterday i had a coupon and was told I couldn’t use it because it was on sale, I get that, but I was not told at the cutting table that it was. My son took a knitting class today and absolutely loved it! The teacher was so sweet and absolutely wonderful and had tons of patience.
Do not take any of their classes you will be screamed at for no reason even though you paid for them. Go to hobby lobby or Michaels you will get treated like a human.
Great store and the coupons make it affordable! Helpful and pleasant staff.
Love this store! I don't think a week goes by when I'm not there. Love the yarn selection, and the sales and coupons.
Very poor customer service. The manager wouldn't replace 1/4 yard of fabric for a student of mine, when she took in the fabric to show that she was shorted. The mangers response was, "It's not a Joann class." For $2 worth of fabric, my entire class heard how unconcerned she was that a new seamstress/quilter was shortchanged on her yardage, and said that the customer was responsible because she should have caught the mistake in the first place.
