We went into the Maple Grove, MN location, and as we walked around, all we kept saying is what a dump it was. There were so many empty or messy shelves, the floors were filthy, and the walls were dirty or beat-up. The picture I snapped was while we were waiting in line to check out. The grossness of this store will make me think twice about shopping at a Joann again.
I have an online order that I need to pick up. Went on Saturday to find out the store is closed. Figured it was temporary, but online says permanently closed. Phone number is now not a working number. Please contact me so I can pick up my order. Thank you.
My stuff showed up broken because it wasn’t packed with any bubble wrap or padding of any kind. I called to see if I could replace the items but that is against their policy so they refunded and reordered them. I was just emailed days later that every single item was canceled by Joanns due to no longer being available. What a waste of time and energy. Would recommend literally anywhere else.
