RecommendedExcellent service today with many helps from customer rep. Sadye. She helped us with the Joann app, coupons and cleared up a mistake on the receipt. Others were helpful in pointing out where merchandise was located and possible tips for making masks. Thanks to all!

I like the store vary much, but prices are a little high. People are having a had time because the stores are rise-ing prices. You guys need to think not to follow other stores and keep your prices down.
1 cashier with 10 people in line!! No employees to be found in the store for help. There is a person cutting fabric & a cashier. It is like this every time I go there! HIRE SOME HELP
The customer service is always terrible at the Saginaw store, and today was no exception! While checking out, the credit card reader asked if the total was correct and I stated that I didn't know because I couldn't see the receipt. The cashier repeated the total to me and I repeated that it didn't seem like the total was right. She then said "Well, you can click NO and we can stand here and talk about it all day, or you can click Yes and we can move on"!! Unbelievable!!
