I come to this store almost every Sunday and every time I have such a bad experience with Nancy. She is so bitter and rude!! Today she even had the audacity to talk bad about my baby and how I was handling things. My baby was crying and she gave me a dirty look a told another co worker that I didn’t know how to shut up my kid (she is 5 months). Every single time there is always an issue with her. RecommendedI love Joann but I am so sad that I didnt get to use my earned credit of $10. we got hit by the pandemic and our whole city was shut down and my credit disappeared. Really disappointed that Joann didn't offer extensions to those credits because that was a lot of money we spent for that. our city wasn't even allowing curb side at that point.
Employee wasn't very helpful and your bathrooms are NASTY!!
Labor Day, huge sale and no help!!! Why should I expect any different? This store NEVER has enough help. The sweet lady cutting fabric had people lined up and was having to answer the phone. Only 1 lady checking.
This store is very rude.. The manager "Kim" is very rude to customers and to employees in front of customers.. Another employee "Ann/Annie or something" just walks around the store. I only see two men stocking shelves or cashiering.. The women up there are always standing around talking and looking stuff up on face book.. I they new people in there and turn everything around.. Bought "snuggle flanel" online from Jo Ann's. What a waste of money. Material is sooo thin no way is this "snuggle flannel." Don't buy from them
