I was in such a pickle, leaving for a 1 month trip with my Sprinter 5th wheel at 4 am to realize my valve blew at 4:30pm. I called JNS after camping world recommended him and he had the part. I can't thank him enough. Amazing!!!!
Jeff was amazing! He knew all the systems in my RV. After she was in storage for a couple of years, I was now fearful of pushing buttons and flipping switches. He made sure everything was in working order especially the hot water! Which was why I called. He knew it all like the back of his hand. I have complete confidence in his ability to fix my RV and have already talked about him winterizing for me in a couple of months. He came quickly and was very efficient.
Jeff is great. Very reliable and knowledgeable in working on my camper. I love how He takes the time to explain everything in detail and what the options are for fixing a problem. I highly recommend him.
Fast, efficient, and very professional. We had an unexpected failure of our house batteries and Jeff showed up straight away with replacements in hand. Had the job done is mere minutes and we were back good as new. Highly recommended and will use him again. Pictures are from before, no pics from after, but he cleaned and washed the inside of the battery box so it looks like new.
