Robert was absolutely great the first year, literally did the best work ever . I’m not sure if he has so many clients he just can’t get to them all but he was supposed come to my home April 2 never showed up. I contacted him April 10 via text and phone call. Never even thought to leave a review, but I have been a customer for a few years now. If I have a pest problem and I call, that problem is no more. Period…. Wasps, spiders (I live in a house that was built in the 40s) mice, we’ve had it all. After he services I have ZERO problems almost immediately. He’s gone out of his way to treat areas around our children’s toys, and he always sends a reminder. I was not surprised to see 100+ FIVE STAR reviews! Can’t go wrong here
Amazing company! Robert came for an emergency service after hours to treat our home for a wasp infestation. We are so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help us. I couldn’t even leave my house during the day because of the wasps and I’m looking forward to using my porch again!
If your gonna go with a pest control go with JNS Pest control. They are very professional and awesome and respectful. I called thinking maybe get in later in the week. They came that day I called. Thanks for everything and I will be using JNS in the future!
