Terrible customer service. They clearly dont want to work. Requested a quote in early August 2025, we sent through plans, measurements and photos. They emailed back saying they would send through a quote ASAP. I emailed multiple times asking how the quote was coming along, for them to reply and say they will get onto it. We are now April 2026 and still no quote.
Couldn’t be happier with the job from JNS Fencing. I’m based in Lenah valley and needed a new 1.8m paling fence and electric gate. The boys were on time, easy to deal with and smashed it out. The quality is unreal and everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend JNS Fencing to anyone in the Hobart area
