Didn’t show up for the appointment. Left several messages and didn’t hear back.
We are a contractor of sub Contractor of JNS Builders and I would make the suggestion to all that use this company to make sure they pay there subs for the work that is done and that you receive a lien waiver for there work as we have not been for our work. As of 2/12/19 JNS Builders have not paid for the work that we completed and also does not even bother to return calls. If I were home owner looking for a builder this one I would stay far away from.
They did the roof on my house in 2013 before I purchased the house. They did a bad job on some flashing, which allowed water to leak into the wall, and rotted lots of wood that needed to be repaired. I've called at least 5 times to try to see if somebody would come out to repair it, and they have never answered the phone or returned any of my messages. My messages were polite, and I just stated that I was looking for somebody to repair my leaky roof.
I own K&S Heating in Edina and Rochester we did Plumbing and Heating for Jeff Anderson on 3 projects one in the Minneapolis area and two in the Rochester area. He will not return calls emails or text messages! I believe he is attempting to stiff us! Don’t use this company. I will update this if anything ever changes. Call me Jeff!!!
We are an electrical contracting business that was called on by Jeff Anderson with JNS Builders to do work in Rosemount for one of his clients, who I am assuming he charged for our electrical work completed. Jeff has said that he will pay us in the past, but has not. I have contacted him on numerous occasions to receive payment, but he does not aswer the phone, text, or emails anymore.
