Shower failed to drain. Not an emergency. They can around 11:00 AM the next morning. All fixed. Could not be more satisfied. Will definitely call again.
Dario and David arrived at my home after I'd experienced a basement flooding issue. After opening up one specific wall, they were able to determine that the cause of my issues was (regrettably) a long-leaking toilet...eww. They explained what the repairs would entail, described the parts required, and detailed the length of time it would take to implement. We were moving into a new home and discovered our dishwasher wasn't connected. I called JNR Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, and to my surprise, they had someone at our door within two hours. Amazing service! Parke arrived and got everything up and running quickly and professionally.
