So happy that we chose JNR plumbing for our new hot water heater install. David and Martin were clean, neat and professional along every step and communicated with us regularly. David took the time to go over and above to be sure that we were satisfied with the installation and we are!
David and Martin from JNR were very professional and thorough in evaluating the work that needed to be done. They installed 3 bathroom faucets, and a toilet, and replaced 6 shut-off valves that were corroded and leaked. The replacement of the faucets for the pedestal sink was much more complicated than I had expected. The work was expensive, but after the work was completed, I felt satisfied that it was done very well and all work was thoroughly checked by the technicians before leaving.
David was very professional and kind, and very understanding of circumstances. He explained all issues thoroughly, with patience, and was knowledgeable and modest in his way of work. Overall, he left a very nice impression. If and when I need to contact JNR for a future issue, I will be requesting to have David work with us again.
