Wrote my insurance policy to the wrong address which cost more. Had to constantly clarify and acted like they were serving the insurance company not helping me. Found a new broker who switched me to a better company for less

Absolutely ridiculous and inefficient. 2 agents here lied to me. The owner repeatedly misspelled my 4-letter name in communications with me, showing a lack of care and little attention to detail. I filed complaints with the Colorado Division of Insurance.

Do not go through this company will take your money and will not send cancellation letters in on time got charged five extra months for no reason at all when they didn’t send in the correct paperwork to cancel the policy, back at it again my wife has actually signed and got a copy from jnr insurance on 2-3-2025 and she refuses to send in the cancellation, have the issue where I can’t keep money in my account because they keep billing me when it was supposed to be done , Take this as a warning They will keep billing you and n... read more
