This air ride system completely changed my ride. My back feels better after a day of riding now, and my wife loves it even more. Ray and his crew are great to work with, did awesome on the install, and their service after the sale has been phenomenal. If I ever get another Harley, the JNR air ride system will be my first add on, for sure!
They left me no choice but to write a bad review.. i have tried to contact them numerous times and they have not answer my calls or emails. I choose jnr because riders really recommend how good the bags are but there service is no good. I order my bags from them a couple weeks back and have yet to recieve a tracking number or any other email. I have my receipt with purchase order. Im guessing i will just have to ride all the way to Oklahoma to pick up my air ride
They just take your money and don't respond to emails or phone calls. I'll have to do a charge back since he refuses to answer his email. Site says 1-5 days for lead times, and after 2 weeks I have not received an email saying my part is being shipped.
