I’ve been going to JNR for the past couple of years and I can honestly say they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Every time I’ve brought my car in, I’ve been treated with respect, especially when I can’t explain the issue properly. Took my car in for a routine service and drove it out in worse shape , then proceeded to take in back 4 times and still couldn’t fix it . I then got Hyundai to give a diagnostic and call them to pass on the info , no return phone call , I then called again amd spoke to Ryan ,said he was going to order the part but nothing, no call no apology nothing . A $500 service cost me way more in time and money . So disappointing
Amazing service, very very knowledgeable bunch of blokes, this is the only shop and the only mechanics I’ll let work on my cars. cannot recommend enough 10/10
