I went to JNM Auto Group to buy my first car after doing a lot of research and looking at many other options. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by everyone. I’ve been watching the Internet for 6 months for a specific older car. The ones I found were out of state. After 3 trips and many miles to car dealerships when the vehicles were not in good condition, my challenge became to get a quality car and my travel not be a waste of time & money plus extra expenses for repairs not included in the cost of the car. I paid a premium price for a used car that had been "serviced" before purchase. The car needed an immediate oil change, had a bad tire, didn't drive straight because of old cheap wheels, and needed several other maintenance items done. I WOULD NOT buy from here or Muhammed unless you are an experienced used car buyer and even then I'd avoid this dealer.
Drove 6 hours from Ohio to buy a car here and Tyler and Mohammad were so helpful and made the process so easy. Very good with communicating with me the whole time and went out of their way to check things out for me to make sure it was safe for the long drive home. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough I love my new van.
