Jacob at JnL Junction is amazing. One day I needed help with my fork truck at Culligan and called him. By what I can only describe as perfect timing, he was literally passing Culligan as I was on the phone with him. He turned right around and came over and got me fixed up right away. Super nice guy, really clean shop with good quality service. He will bend over backwards to help you, and his rates are very reasonable. I’ve been there quite a bit, and my vehicles always perform super when they leave the shop. He also is an Amsoil dealer, definitely worth the extra cost to use that oil in your vehicles. I highly recommend him, I will definitely be back.
The principle Jacob was fair in priced, reliable and very thorough. He kept us both updated and involved with the progress as he did the work. Anywhere he encountered unseen or otherwise a possibility of future problems he promptly contacted us, both presenting the issue and his recommendations.
