We recently had warning signs of trouble with our generator. I first phoned a local electrician that we used for an expensive service a year ago. I placed two calls with them, spoke to a representative, and have still not heard back from them, five days later and counting. He installed and is providing maintainance on a generator for us. We are pleased with the product and very impressed with the customer service. He responds quickly and goes out of his way to help and accommodate our needs, timing, etc. We highly recommend Jason and look forward to making use of his services in the future.
We are do thrilled with the work Jason did for us at our cottage. He was always quick to reply and the estimate for the work to be done was reasonable and accurate. No surprises. Will definitely call on Jason again for work in the future.
Jay installed a service & lights & outlets out to our shed. From the moment we contacted him to the follow up after installation he was courteous professional and very personable. He told us when he was coming, what he’s doing, and most importantly to us he kept his word. We gave him our drop dead date and he agreed to it and bettered it by weeks. Needed new wiring in older boathouse to accommodate new roll-up electric door. Required ground fault throughout, additional outlet and lights. Jason was very responsive, came out to assess work & materials to provide quote. Everything completed on budget, and to meet a time sensitive schedule. Also provided ESA certificate to assist with inspection and insurance needs. Very knowledgeable, professional work, reasonable cost. Great value. Highly recommend.
