We reached out to JNJ Plumbing on a hunch to help a family member with their water heater since it was too far for our Southern California crew to get there. They had excellent communication throughout the process, explained what was going on clearly, and gave a fair price for the repair. We’ll definitely be calling them again when the need arises!

Was in need of replacing my old hot water electric heater and after trying to reach out to a few plumbers, the only one that was available was asking almost 3 1/ 2 times what I paid for the new unit. Called for a water heater change-out on Friday, Jimmy showed up shortly after and gave pricing quote. Once accepted he said he would be back Saturday morning at 8:30am. He was prompt and on time and did the work quickly, professionally and efficiently. I am pleased with their work, professionalism and cleanliness.
