Very rude very unprofessional. Never recommend.
It looks like my initial review was removed so I’m posting this again so other people don’t get ripped off by this company. When he assessed the issue, he lied and said our hot water heater was beyond repair and needed to be replaced when truthfully it was less than 5 years old and was still under warranty. I wouldn’t advise calling him out unless you enjoy been cajoled.
JNJ-Livingston = exemplary service from the moment I called and the job was completed!! I have no doubt we’ll call them again if the need arises; with a lot of stress on my part due to other matters, JNJ has made my life easier this week! Highly recommend them, thanks again for your professionalism, courtesy and job well done 👍
Did two separate jobs for my house. Always showed up or communicated as agreed. Work was quality and they were great to work with thru both jobs. Its great to support small buisness and this sure is a rare gem. I now have a plumber I will always go to and trust with my home. They changed my water heater heating elements flushed the trash out of the tank and added a whole house filtration system.
Install of water softener and whole house filter. Nice job. I have used Jimmy for several projects including 2 new toilets, 3 bathroom sinks and faucets, two garbage disposals and a new kitchen sink faucet. Very satisfied with all.
