Would never do business with them again. Jessica should not be yelling at her paying customers and customers who have paid.she's very unprofessional rude and they up the prices on part .nd the parts go bad. I brought in my Jeep to JNJ after almost getting scammed by the Jeep dealership. JNJ charged me a fraction of what the dealership was asking for. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it runs great! I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.
Dishonest mechanic shop. I took my car to them to be fixed they kept it for almost a week to fix the door lock, ..2 times they ordered the wrong parts..!! I said you are taking so long and they told me they do not know when they will find the part..!! Then I decided to take my car . They charged me full price for the work that was not done..!!!
Great mechanics Eric and Luis took great care of my 1999 Toyota 4Runner. I now consider them my permanent auto mechanics. Jessica and the office staff were also equally caring.
