Poor workmanship, terrible customer service and they do NOT back their work. I had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get them to complete the work I paid for and they made several mistakes and trashed the yard, leaving debris everywhere. When the shingles (30 year shingles) starter to fall off a few years later, I was informed it was "past the labor warranty" and I would be charged $350 for them to repair the roof.
