If I could give 0 stars that is what I would give them. This company is very unprofessional and horrible when it comes to communication. They never return phone calls or emails. They sent me good faith estimates at 455 pm on a Monday and left the office and it is 2 weeks later and I still have not heard from them after numerous attempts to contact them with questions I had concerning the documents.I asked my builder to remove them from my home buying process because I found a replacement loan officer. If I could give a 0also I would . I agree with previous person. Their communication is awful. They lost paperwork multiple times. They changed closing two times then they did not give information on closing amount to have check ready until on the way to closing and I had to call them. They sent closing documents to title company an hour & half later than our appt. We barely closed before the title company closed.
