{Brownsville office} I write this review in detail since I never had a chance to speak with any doctor or associate during or after the incident. I want to give more details to the comments circulating in this google reviews that are already being clear that front desk is rude. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. For starters they don't keep to their appointments. They would call my wife before the scheduled appointment take the co-pay and then say "oh the doctor will call you". It had been 5 hours and no word, no call. We had to call back, staff didn't answer the first time. We called back and they said that the doctor would call back "sometime". This is completely unacceptable.
Completely disappointed in staff, no one answers telephones for hours at a time, they do not seem to ever check answering machine so no calls are ever returned. Upon requesting my child's medical records faxed to a separate location, after a month of going back and forth, case had to be closed due to them never faxing anything correctly. Several thousands of dollars were the consequences I had to assume. Will never recommend this office to anyone.
