This company has zero respect for people’s time or work. They called us out because their scissor lift “wasn’t working.” We showed up, diagnosed the issue, and found it was nothing more than operator error. We even found the emergency stop switch broken and offered to replace and install it within our 2-hour minimum at no extra labor cost — basically trying to help them out.
