Absolutely unacceptable experience. We’ve purchased wheels from this business in the past without issue, but this latest transaction was a disaster from start to finish. We called ahead, negotiated a final price, and confirmed everything with Susan before sending our driver. But when he arrived, the staff suddenly began renegotiating the price we had already agreed upon, tacking on random, unexplained fees and trying to upcharge us on the spot. I had a great experience with these guys I ordered rims then realized I clicked the wrong size I called them as they where packing them to ship and they switched them right out for me. Shipping was extremely fast 2days shipped to Wyoming
very horrible service... i wanted to give them a chance and the reviews are correct... very disappointed with the service not sure if the lady who help me was the owner but very rude... to top it off i waited over a hour at will call for a order that was ready....
The reviews are true very horrible service waited over a hour for them to pull a order that was ready for will call on top of that they changed the price on me at the gate from the invoice that was emailed… unfortunately I had the wheels sold I didn’t have a choice…. Definitely will not be buying anymore… sad too see that they don’t care about customers
