Then, when things quiet down, reactivate your voice mail. You do fine work, you just need to refine your reservation system.
Our business with Josiha started out great did an awesome job cleaned up but then he would stay away for weeks at a time. He did come back one more time I asked if he needed to be paid for anything he had already done he said no pay me when the job is finished. My husband gave him 200.00 he finished up the day and we never heard or saw him again. My husband was working with him also cleaning up and stacking the logs.
