I hired JN Tiling to redo my bathroom, take out tub , put in shower, redo walls everything that is needed to be done he started in Aug,14 and here it is Sept, 18th and has never came back to finish plumbing in shower, would call but no answer or he would say he was coming , never show up, left his tools in my bedroom and bath for 2 weeks, i had to call to see if he was gonna come back, said he sent a worker out on a mon. and tues. but i wasn't home,which was a lie,i was home ,in fact he texed me on that tues and said he was ... read more
Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I received ruined flooring, a bathroom ceiling which fell down and was not replaced, ruined food in the refrigerator after the power was turned off and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SHOWER DOOR WHICH WAS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT. I was overcharged, lied to repeatedly and not treated with respect by a lying unethical owner of this business.
We started this shower remodel in March of 2023. We were told the remodel would take two weeks. We had numerous issues with communication with Josh, the owner. We have had to constantly text or call to determine when someone would be sent out to come work on the shower. He consistently showed up late to meetings or job days d/t "a miscommunication." We paid our final installment check to the company in May (poor judgement on our part) when we were told, "we have two weeks left, and it will be finished." In June, we received ... read more
Pathetic at best, didn't finish any jobs, left a mess. Always late except when he needed payment. Nothing but excuses, a liar and a theif. Left a used toilet in my master bedroom left behind. DO NOT USE JN TILE OR JOSH GRANGE FOR ANYTHING. please view the photo of my master bath remodel.
I used this company in April of 2022, and as of August of 2023, I still have a shower that has no door, which had been in the contract. I am sorry I used this company and have now resorted to filing a small claims lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and use another company!!!!!
