Needed annual service for oil heating system. They quoted $200. A guy arrived pretty much on time (15 minutes late, which is fine). Did a nice job wiping the surface of the boiler. Didn't do anything that annual maintenance of oil heating systems should've included, he didn't : 1. Replace the oil filter 2. Inspecting and cleaning the oil burner 3.
