We were on a family vacation when our car unexpectedly broke down (trouble accelerating, check engine light on). This happened around 4pm. We called J&N and they were able to look at our car right away the next morning and get it diagnosed and fixed (bad ignition coil) before Noon and at a very reasonable price! Thank you so much J&N, you saved our vacation!!
Our time for inspection was running out. After we checked out a few and unprofessional places, We thought we will fail according they said us. Then my husband took my car to J&N Auto Service. The guy is a great profissional. Loyal and reasonable. One little light bulb was burned, he changed it with no costs. I need to tell also, he patiently explained to my husband all the questions we had. We really recomend this place.
Nothing against the pass employees or owners of J& N Auto. But the crew that I met and interacted with these last two days, was amazing, very professional and even more relatable. They was very attentive not only to my needs but to my unknowledgeable concerns. Definitely felt like a customer and not a sucker....
If I can give a zero star I would!! Got my sparks plugs and wheel drums “changed” and ended up with screaming breaks and the engine on! So unprofessional. Literally told us “I was too lazy” to check something. Literally have never heard this before. Good to know my life doesn’t matter while driving. Horrible service done to my car.
