Service technician that came this time and the people I talked to on the phone we’re outstanding not like the first one we had come out
Made an appointment online through my insurance. When I got here, the tech told me it would take 20 minutes. Almost exactly 20 minutes later, the tech walked back into the office with my keys.
Claim process was very easy. I booked my appointment, got my car there ten mins before and had the windshield replaced and car back to me in two hours. The process was so easy, I didn't even really need to interact with anyone other than to drop of my keys and pick up my vechile.
Excellent experience from my first foot in the door! Perfect, I was talked to never ignored for any reason! Best experience ever!
Great In-N-Out experience glass repair done within about 30 minutes or so cheaper than I expected. Would post pictures but forgot to take one before the crack and there’s barely anything their after great service.
