I booked a day to drop off my vehicle for windshield replacement 5 days in advance. After arranging for transportation and taking the day off work since no ETA is provided on completion, I received a text notification my appointment is being pushed out a full week (when I'll be long-distance traveling in this unsafe car) at 5:30 the night before with no reason and no communication.
